Before we go, a few people have added to the documentation:

* David Wills, aka Morphy
* Mara Forest

I created the WolfSkunk species partly to explain why I had a bad skunk drawing, and eventually to explore a few theories and how they would work in a society. The WolfSkunks themselves have become an intresting vehicle for what should be fixed in current human society. You'll probably run into alot of themes here. Here's a few highlights (with proof where I can trace it to):
* We'll eventually become hermaphrodites. The trend's already is in which some people's gender cannot be determined easily by sight. A few examples were walking around at Anthrocon 99.
* Science will be able to "fleshcraft" and produce imitations that do not stress the human body. The focus on inflation deals with this. Besides, that's what most plastic surgery does, but it produces tracable imitations. Eventually, all these inflation-related enhancements become eye candy anyway as it becomes commonplace.
* Science continues to explain logically how the world became to be. But it has not explained what created or caused the Big Bang. Lets make God the only one able to cause such an event.
* There will always be specialization. Unfortunately.
* There will always be those who want to break the ranks. Fortunately.
* There will always be diversity. Face it.
* It's ok to be paranoid about security. So is the guy watching you.
* Religion shouldn't embrace a set of ideals which aren't logical. Instead, it should get back to it's core function: Helping those see things in a different light.
* Religion should realize that almost everything can be explained by Science. Everything else is under investigation. There's no reason to present unproven theories then, unless you have proof that the possiblity exists. (Some items in the Bible can, and have, been backed up with archeological evidence)
* There's alot of clueless people, but there's alot of people who want to be clueless. We should fix those people, for they are disturbed.
* Eventually, we will only have case-baised law. What is drafted and signed into law really doesn't work very well. (See the Communications Decency act and any law that the Supreme Court had to rule on)
* The death penalty is a last-ditch measure, but should have a shorter period to fully explore the problems of each case in order to increase saftey and relieve overcrowding.
* Juries of peers are less knoledgable then those of judges or lawyers. Unfortunately, lawyers exploit this fact.
* Lawyers should be professional and stick with the facts, instead of making a show for the jury. (See O. J. Simpson v. State of California)
* Repeat offenders need to be watched inorder to find out if it's really a mental defect and not intentional (which we fixed w/sentencing).
* Settlments just throw money at people to shut up, instead of fixing problems. It should be fixing problems instead of silencing.
* Given the ability, someone will exploit it for fun. See the Guiness Book of World Records.
* There is good stuff out there. You just have to find it.
* It's not that you should know everything, but know where to find it. There is, however, a core set you really should know.
* Occasional "releases" are better than doing it at odd intervals. This includes sex.
* The homeless should be helped on getting back on their feet. Those who refuse such help are nuts and should be treated as such.
* Regulation of prositution should be enacted in order to get alot of these sexually transmitted diseases under control. There has been some success with needle exchange programs.
* Alot of optimization can be done with the body at large. Really.
* Management doesn't. It's just there, and it really should by working like it's subordinates. It also should be constantly reminded of it, too. (See Scott Adam's "Dilbert" strip and books)
* If there is corruption, it should be fixed, for it's an abuse of the system. Most abuse comes to light in court. The court should be able to order such repairs.
* There is no such thing as impossible. Those which are impossible are really highly improbable
