Update # 1011 The Werewolf Forest is back to business with the famous Book of Werewolves, the real one written in 1800's. More investigations will come soon. No so new like the previous section, the Panther Mountain just got the aztec look and feel needed for this version. I have more info than photos which need to be added soon. The Jon Talbain animation in the main language selection page was removed, it was fun to have it some years but now it seems misplaced in the current scope of the site. Also counting the changes made on the Microsoft Explorer plugin scheme, is not worthly to add several javascript files to keep a Flash animation that most people just ignore. The sitemap page is updated and works again, also some bad link were corrected, sorry for be a lazy fluffy wolf. New entries in the Guestbook: Reivaj Von Galinsky (El oso).

Update # 1008 It seems that I can't set my mind about some pages: The FAQ is no longer a service but now is part again of the Werewolf Tavern. As well the Guestbook was reversed again to show the lastest posts first, yes like the old good WolfCountry version 6.0 One good idea can be a not so good idea after some years of use and abuse. The moon icon flag is an example, it was a nice idea circa 1996 when Internet was young and naive. Today is not practical anymore with changing webpages and hosts in other countries, bots, spammers, etc. So this version says farewell to the moon icons in Werewolf Tavern. I got bored that people pirate the werewolf heads graphics, they were cool in 1996 when graphics were great at 256 colors. Now they look lame and well they are everywhere! I removed them for good too like the downloads, say "thank you" to all those leechers who post my work in their lame MSN groups and RPG pages without credit me. The Pack Dens section have new changes: A new friend (guess who?) was added and Ahuizotl-3's Den was re-added to the page. More old or invalid links were cleared in Werewolf Tavern: Darkensouls, World Society for the Animal Protection, The Werewolf Page, Kemono Community Fang, Kaosa's Gallery, Monster LSI, Hwei Chow, Feros, Kurisu no sekai, Life Point, Zero. Updated links for: Pathways and XianJaguar. New links: Lakota Wolf & Maxx's Wolf Furry Art New entries in the Guestbook: Jester Press, Shane, Stickman, SilverFang Elenarrae Myetheenia, Bronzewulf, Reivaj Von Galinsky and Siekfried. In Wolfcountry Grafica Watergazerwolf's art was removed due 6-month trial license did expired.

Update # 1006 After some months of small updates, I needed to think deep about the politics of the site. This site is 10 years old now... after all the troubles involved in the creation, update and correction of the site, I needed to rest a bit and review the goals of the site. Expect some changes in the information and format of the site.

Update # 1003 Several changes had been made on the site, for start I offer an apology to the visitors from Deviant Art because they got outdated with the news of version 9.9.8. I hope you can understand that sometimes there are changes that are not easy to do or that goes wrong. So now here is the changes list: For help my mental sanity, I start to clean almost all references to some "nice" people (Yes, the same people who leaves in bad times and shows how good friends they are). So say goodbye to Feros, Hwei Chow, Dance Dog and LSI Wolf -until now-. The WolfCountry Grafica has been heavly updated due this situation.

The 1000th update milestone! Phew! It's a bunch of updates since that sunny day of May 20, 1996. This is not yet the 10 years milestone, but it's near. So now here are the news: Mike Howlster our resident werewolf sports buff, figured that people got bored of the "drinks" so if you forgot to get the downloads at Werewolf Tavern, too late they are gone now!. The Moonranger Musuem was cleaned and we are proud to show a new section: Featured Item with the first contestant "Night" a comic from Jester Press. The toolbar was changed to allow a better view at 800x600 pixels, I design the site at 1024x768 pixels, so I'm sorry for the mistakes. More changes in design to come... The news section will look like this from now, changes backwards will be made in next updates. Also news older than 6 months will be moved to an old news page. Josh posted a comment about my bad, bad English. I could borrow some English Microsoft Office CDs, so now if I sound odd it's because Word helps me to puzzle you so much more ;) There are many changes who didn't made it for the rush (you know, the cybercafé closes at 9 pm)... I'm sorry again. Expect an update the some weeks after Halloween.

Update # 998 This release marks the first unification of both versions of the site, for the users this means that you will need to be cool with the several broken links around. Update # 997 Moonchild's Den closes (1997-2005) This was the backup site of Moonchild's Page for eight long years, but now is aged and by decision of the owner this section was taken down in favor of the new site (external link). I will miss the site. :/ The Pack Dens page in result, got a fix in Moonchild links and data. New entries in the Guestbook: Krad, Stephanie (Outwarddoodles and the Llama girl) and Sick-little-Wolfboy

Update # 961 WolfCountry changes its name from "A LoupGarou Underground(TM) site" to "LoupGarou Underground(TM) Mexico". This is for follow the correct name style of LGU, for know more about LGU please refer to the FAQ. New entries in the Guestbook: Wolflsi. Updates in the Grafica gallery section: New art samples for all current artists; fixed email and sitemap links, also corrected all artist descriptions (Spanish). Added new artists: Kilojara, Bailiff and Dralam. Removed: Herbietoons. I saw that a friend who hosted the site Molatar's Castle just dissapeared from the net, and finally I did find out that nasty people who logged in his forum and chat finally hacked the site and crashed the service. I unknow the reasons for these actions, but if you don't like a webiste just move on and get a life. Destroying a site just because you do not like it is a coward act and denotes that you are a vile racist. I dunno if I will see that guy again, but I will avoid that jerks destroy my site. WolfCountry have a new policy from now: No interactive pages for you, just old and secure plain HTML pages. Want to talk with me? Use a non-disopable e-mail. PERIOD. Talking of Werelinks, I added Greenpeace Mexico and USA webistes and fixed the links to Kaosa Gaou and Magolobo. And removed Herbietoons (he don't need my "help" anymore). Minor changes in the Main page, I removed the mozilla link and banner because all support is now to the smaller firefox. I did replaced it with a link to the University where I did studied. And as usual, I made the common pletora of changes for fix my caveman or direwolf English writting.

Update # 958 New entries in the Guestbook: Mujer Perro, Jaguar de Fuego, Alakide Werewolf and Thornblooddrinker. Several updates in the Moonranger Museum: Fixed email and sitemap links; in the Ads section, I updated MAD en Español entry, renamed hickoc to hickok and update this entry too. Also added the Loba lingerie from Brazil and Ford Lobo pickup spot 3 from Mexico; New page for Jokes section and misc fixies in links (Both languages)... Phew! That's all in this section. :) My friend Sha-en closed his website, so I removed the link from Pack dens and Werelinks Talking of Werelinks, I added Territorio de Lobos webiste and fixed the link to Molatar's Castle. Minor changes in the Werewolf Tavern and finally I rewrote the information page for make a proper FAQ.

Update # 955 I had been working in the new layout of the site, since the current look is more than 3 years ago and I think is time of a change. Since this release some pages will be exchanged for the new ones and links will be broken, please be patient while I made the change to the new version. New entries in the Guestbook: Yoan, Carlos, Heart of Wendigo, Phantumwolf, The White WereWolf and Lobo Iberico. More changes in the Werelinks: Miyaca's Wolf Tracks 2000 is now The Wolf Portal; the correct French moon icon was placed for Loup.com instead of the Canadian moon icon; new sites: Fauna Iberica, Curse of the Moon and KilobyteGraphix; and finally some sites were removed: Big Cats UK (Site closed), SchoolWorld Endangered Species Project (Site closed), Grey Coyote's Lair (Obsolete page not updated since 1998), Wolf & Animal Cards and Pictures (Service are no longer free).

Update # 954 New entries in the Guestbook: Carolina Donají Angel Rocha, Rommel (Zorro del Desierto) and Bruthair Wolf. More changes in the Werelinks: Crouching tiger become a yiffer site, so it was removed. Also it was fixed the bug that crash MISE 6.x caused for the Maglot banner (PNG with millons of colors). Cleaned spanish HTML markup in english Guestbook and fixed e-mail links as well tables in page 5.

Update # 953 In this quick update: Jocelyn Dunn aka BeastGirl just did evaporated of the net (arouu?) so all references to her were removed. And the Moonranger Museum has again the videogames section devoted to spot your favorite werewolves.

Update # 952 New entries in the Guestbook: Walter. More broken links fixed in these sections:3-Ahuizotl Den, Main Page and Pack Dens. Changes in Grafica Gallery section: Kaosa Gaou closed his site so it was replaced with a new artist: Maglot. Changes in Werelinks section: Six months ago I left for good the "theriantropy" community but I forgot to remove the links to Werelist and Coyote's Den. Also the Realm of Wolfhawk's Lady website installs spyware and Wild Frontier webiste closed for good (I will miss the native werewolves). New links to Maglot and Feros websites.

Update # 945 Finally both language versions are complete in 3-Ahuizotl's Den. Somebody was added to Grafica Gallery: Feros and Hwei Chow. And somebody goes out: Grimal and Dragon Dralam. Somebody was added to Werelinks: Chacall Negro, Feros, Hwei Chow and Vulpino. And somebody goes out: +G E N E (Obsolete site, not updated since 1998), Kenai Wolf and Grimal. Fixed several HTML errors in the Guestbook and I did test the 'wolfskins' with the new Winamp 5.0 and all them are 100% compatible! Send to dumpster your old Winamp 2.x/3.x now!. New entries in the Guestbook: Megan, Soliatry Wolf, Howling Owl, Kilimanjaro and Kaosa Gaou.

Update # 940 I added a new den in the Pack Dens section, this is one about of my character: Ahuizotl-3. You can now know more about Mexico and its history. New entries in the Guestbook: Wolfred. I used to support some online UN programs like "The Hunger Site" but now that USA did just invade Iraq, I see that anything related to UN is just a waste of time. Nothing can be done if "uncle Sammy" don't like it, so I don't like to support "uncle Sammy" puppets anymore. I just removed the UN icon & links from my site and I won't support again anything related to them, even if they want to help wolves. Now that I have a huge empty space in my main page, I founded a nice javascript lunar calendar for keep you syncronyzed already. Clean-up Festival: More pages are now in HTML 4.0 format (Guestbook, Werelinks and Are you a were?). And now some change names: Stray Dog is now Dance Dog, Beerwolf is now Mike Howlster (just for avoid legal actions from Coors & Co.) and Lobocursor Lyceus is now Edolus Lyceus (Lobocursor is my nickname, not my name). Clean-up Festival 2: Some people were removed from the site, Grimal and Dralam. Also several links were axed too from Werelinks: Kokurou Digi-Knight (XXX pics), Disorted Dimension (Site closed), Danny's art page of confusion (Not updated since 1999), MuscleWolf Studios (I seek more in my life than "muscles" and "fun"), Colors of the Siberian Husky (Commercial site that removed all the free background info). And now some new links in Werelinks:Coyote Osborne, The Werelist, Forest Conservation Portal, Help Save Alaska Wolves, NULL & Kenai Wolf The end of a dream: I wanted to made an AvantGo™© channel but the new policies charges a high fee to run a PDA service for more than 6 users dialy (10,000 USD per year). So this is the end of the "Traveler-WolfCountry" experiment, thank you to the few people who could test the experimental site. I hope some day to add those books again in the regular site. Ah... and the last bit in this load: I did update the Are you were? section with new jokes and images.

Update # 932 And again, I discovered another Asian guy with "that kind of tastes", I won't waste more space on him, "Kokurou Digi-Knight" is out of the site for the same shit. A new clean artist was added to the Wolfcountry Grafica space. Several bug fixies to the Flash animation in the gate page, the guestbook script (sorry guys all August entries were lost!), better backgrounds and a proper link to this "new" news page was added. Also I try to clean the HTML code to the current version 4.01

Update # 931 I need to made clear that I don't mind if you made pornographic pictures, it's your life not mine. But one thing is to made porn and another pornography with childrens, this is the case of some guy called "XKoshiji" and his Digimon sex pics. I do not know about Japanese guys tastes, but I find those kind of material pervert and tasteless, and I won't link to such class to websites in any of my sections and less in the Wolfcountry Grafica Gallery. So I exchange this site with a -clean- artist. I WILL DO THE SAME WITH PEOPLE THAT MADE PEDOPHILE PICS OF ANY CLASS. NO COMPLAINS. PERIOD. The Moonranger Museum has new book reviews (Half Human-Half Animal) and Ads with werewolves. Also I try to clean the HTML code to the current version 4.01 Last but not least, this is the first entry in the new section of news. I want to track down what happens in this site, from now I'll use the MAME changelog format, but maybe in the future I will change it to a more descriptive way.
